MBenzNL ("the Service") is a service provided by MBenzNL BV, a sole proprietorship based outside of the United States, on the World Wide Web of the Internet. This service consists of information services and content provided by MBenzNL BV and others. By using MBenzNL, you are indicating your agreement to these terms of use.
(1) MBenzNL shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Service, including but not limited to, the content, the hours of availability, or the equipment required for access or use of the Service.
(2) Each person accessing the Service shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Service and all charges related thereto.
(3) Each person accessing the Service shall use it solely for lawful purposes.

Each person accessing the Service acknowledges that it does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.
(5) Each person accessing the Service expressly agrees that use of the Service is at his own sole risk. MBenzNL or any affiliates make no warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.
(6) In no event will MBenzNL, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing the Service be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service. Each person accessing the Service hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the Service.
